We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Due to the personalized nature of custom pieces, custom or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable, unless damaged in transit or there is a clear defect in craftsmanship.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
